To celebrate the 10th anniversary of the BMAs Baltimore Contemporary Print Fair, this exhibition demonstrates the range and quality of contemporary prints collected by the Baltimore community since the Print Fair began in 1989. The exhibition will spotlights works purchased at the BMAs event-the only annual fair in the country dedicated to contemporary prints. Each year, dealers from across the country convene for one weekend at the BMA to offer for sale high quality prints and photographs created by established and emerging artists. The majority of the works in the exhibition are loans from members of the BMAs Print & Drawing Society, a Museum Friends group dedicated to the appreciation of works on paper and sponsor of the Print Fair. This exhibition is curated by Jan Howard, the BMAs curator of prints, drawings & photographs. This exhibition is organized and shown exclusively at The Baltimore Museum of Art. The exhibition will be held from April 7 to June 30. The Print Fair will take place for two days in April. Please call the museum for more information at 410-396-6300.
